1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Apidly for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your first purchase and does not apply to renewals.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@apidly.com or contact us through your account settings. Include your account email and reason for cancellation (optional). We typically process refund requests within 24 hours during business days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

What Happens After Refund

After processing your refund, your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will retain access to all your data and can continue using our Free plan. You can export your data at any time before cancellation. All your data remains accessible on the Free plan.

2. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties. To cancel: Log in to your Apidly account, go to Settings, click Billing, select Manage Subscription, click 'Cancel Subscription', and confirm cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel, you retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. If you paid for a monthly plan, you have access until your next billing date. If you paid for an annual plan, you have access until your annual renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time after the 30-day guarantee period.

No Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties when you cancel your subscription. You are only responsible for charges already incurred up to the cancellation date.

Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by visiting Settings then Billing then Reactivate. Your previous data and settings will be preserved. You will be charged at the current pricing rates, which may differ from your original subscription price.

3. Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal

Monthly vs Annual Plans

Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date. Annual plans: Billed once per year from your subscription start date, offering significant savings compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time.

Auto-Renewal Notice

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a reminder email 7 days before your subscription renews to notify you of the upcoming charge.

How to Disable Auto-Renewal

You can disable auto-renewal without losing access to your current subscription period. Go to Settings then Billing then Turn Off Auto-Renewal. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices, existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current price for the remainder of their subscription period. New pricing will apply only when you renew or upgrade your plan. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before any price increase affects your account.

4. Refund Process

Initiating a Refund Request

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, contact our billing team at billing@apidly.com or use the 'Request Refund' option in your account settings under Billing.

Verification Steps

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming account details, responding from your registered email address, or providing the last 4 digits of your payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refund request review: Within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Refund processing: 1-2 business days after approval. Return to payment method: 5-10 business days for credit cards, 3-5 business days for PayPal.

Refund to Original Payment Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, bank account, or payment method. If your original payment method is no longer valid, please contact billing@apidly.com for assistance.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback

If you see an unexpected charge or have a billing concern, please contact billing@apidly.com BEFORE filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We resolve most billing issues within 24 hours.

Consequences of Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us directly, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Chargeback fees may be added to your account balance. Multiple chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a billing dispute, email billing@apidly.com with details of the issue. Our team will investigate within 24-48 hours and provide a resolution. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to support@apidly.com.

Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge on your account is fraudulent, contact us immediately at security@apidly.com. We will investigate, freeze your account to prevent further charges, and reverse any fraudulent transactions.

6. Free Plan

No Refunds Needed on Free Plan

Our Free plan is completely free forever with no credit card required. You can use Apidly's core features without any payment obligation.

Downgrading to Free Plan

If you cancel your paid subscription, you automatically downgrade to the Free plan. You retain access to all your data and basic features.

7. Enterprise Plans

Custom Refund Terms

Enterprise plans may have custom contracts with negotiated terms. Refund and cancellation policies for Enterprise customers are defined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Order Form.

If you are an Enterprise customer with questions about refunds, cancellations, or billing, please contact your dedicated account manager or email sales@apidly.com.

8. Payment Methods & Security

How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method at any time without cancelling your subscription. Go to Settings, click Billing, then Payment Method.

Failed Payment Retry Policy

If a payment fails, we will automatically retry: First retry immediately, second retry 3 days later, third retry 7 days later, final retry 14 days later. After the final retry fails, your subscription will be cancelled.

Payment Method Security

We never store your full credit card number on our servers. All payment information is securely stored and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our PCI DSS certified Merchant of Record, which handles all payment processing on our behalf. Some transactions may also be processed by Stripe.
