1. Digital Service Delivery

Nature of Service

Apidly is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods or shipments. All services are accessed through your web browser at apidly.com. All compliance documents, legal policies, and tools are generated entirely by automated software without human intervention or professional services.

Instant Access

Upon completing your subscription purchase, you will receive immediate access to all features included in your plan. No waiting period, shipping, or installation is required. Your account is activated automatically upon successful payment.

Account Activation

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your account details and instructions to get started. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

2. Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

We target 99.9% uptime for our platform. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which are communicated in advance via email and our status page.

Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours (typically 02:00-06:00 GMT on Sundays). We provide at least 48 hours advance notice for planned maintenance. Emergency maintenance may occur with shorter notice if required to maintain security or stability.

Service Interruptions

In the event of unplanned service interruptions, we will post updates on our status page and notify affected users via email. We aim to resolve critical issues within 4 hours and non-critical issues within 24 hours.

3. Geographic Availability

Global Access

Apidly is available globally. Our services can be accessed from any country where use of our platform is not restricted by local law or export controls. See our Export Restrictions page for details.

Data Residency

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Data processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We comply with GDPR data transfer requirements for international data flows.

4. Plan Changes & Upgrades

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade to a higher tier, new features are available immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade, your current plan features remain active until the end of your billing period. The lower-tier pricing takes effect at your next renewal.

Feature Access

All features associated with your plan are accessible immediately upon subscription or upgrade. There are no staged rollouts or delayed feature activations.

5. EU Digital Content Rights

Consumer Rights Directive

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital content and services are considered delivered upon access being granted. As Apidly provides immediate access, delivery is considered complete at the point of account activation.

Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, you may also benefit from our 30-day money-back guarantee, which provides a longer period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Conformity of Digital Services

We warrant that our digital services conform to the description provided and are fit for their intended purpose. If the service does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection law.
