What We Provide
Apidly is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing API management, compliance tools, and legal document generation services. All services are delivered digitally via web browser with no physical components.
Main Characteristics
Our platform includes: API management tools, compliance monitoring, privacy policy generation, terms and conditions generation, cookie consent management, GDPR/CCPA compliance tools, and related legal technology services. Features vary by subscription plan.
System Requirements
Apidly requires a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two versions) and an internet connection. No software installation is required.
3. Pricing & Payment
Subscription Pricing
Current pricing is available on our pricing page. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for consumer purchases. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, payment processing, and tax compliance. Some transactions may also be processed by Stripe.
Additional Costs
There are no hidden fees or additional costs beyond the subscription price displayed at checkout. Your internet connection costs are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
4. Right of Withdrawal
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason.
Extended Guarantee
In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. This provides an additional 16 days beyond the statutory minimum. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do so by: emailing billing@apidly.com, cancelling through your account settings, or writing to our registered address. You do not need to give a reason.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
5. Contract Duration & Termination
Subscription Term
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum commitment period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers can cancel effective at the end of their current billing month. Annual subscribers can cancel effective at the end of their current billing year.
How to Cancel
Cancel through your account settings (Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription), by emailing billing@apidly.com, or by writing to our registered address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. UK consumers may contact Citizens Advice or use alternative dispute resolution services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in our terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
