1. Overview
Compliance Commitment
Apidly complies with all applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, and embargo regulations. This includes UK sanctions (administered by OFSI), EU restrictive measures, and US OFAC sanctions where applicable to our operations.
Service Availability
Our services are generally available worldwide. However, we are unable to provide services to individuals, organisations, or countries that are subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes.
2. Restricted Countries
Comprehensively Sanctioned Countries
We cannot provide services to users located in, or acting on behalf of entities in, the following comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. This list is subject to change based on updates to applicable sanctions programmes.
Additional Restrictions
Additional restrictions may apply to other countries subject to targeted or sectoral sanctions. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction where providing our services would violate applicable law.
3. User Obligations
Your Responsibilities
By using Apidly, you represent and warrant that: you are not located in or a national or resident of any sanctioned country, you are not on any restricted party list (UK Sanctions List, EU Consolidated List, US SDN List, or Entity List), and you will not use our services in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions law.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Apidly services for: any purpose prohibited by applicable export control laws, facilitating transactions with sanctioned parties, evading or attempting to evade sanctions requirements, or re-exporting services or data to restricted destinations.
4. Screening & Enforcement
Sanctions Screening
We perform sanctions screening on new accounts and periodically screen existing accounts against applicable restricted party lists. Accounts identified as potentially matching restricted parties may be suspended pending verification.
Account Termination
If we determine that a user is in violation of export controls or sanctions, we will terminate their account immediately. We may be required to report such violations to relevant authorities. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to sanctions violations.
5. UK-Specific Obligations
OFSI Compliance
As a UK company, we comply with financial sanctions administered by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI). We maintain policies and procedures to ensure we do not make funds or economic resources available to designated persons.
Export Control Act
We comply with the Export Control Act 2002 and related secondary legislation. Our software services do not include controlled goods or technology, but we maintain compliance procedures as a matter of good practice.
